Wayne installed four flat screen TV's plus in ceiling speakers for my main surround sound system. I was very impressed with Wayne's expertise, knowledge and overall work ethic. He was very meticulous and had many great suggestions of how to improve my setup, he is truly a pro at what he does. He kept coming up with ways to save me money on the install but never skimped on the quality of his work! I cannot say enough about Wayne, I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs his expertise. His price was very fair and reasonable and his quality of work the best I have ever seen!! I was so impressed with Wayne's work that I actually gave him a tip!!

Al, (the owner), was a great contractor to work with. He completed the work on time, on budget and it looks great! Al is on the jobsite with his guys every day and his attention to detail was excellent! I had a couple of "minor complaints" and he fixed them immediately. He even came back himself on a Sunday to touch up a few things I had not even noticed!! This is a brand new subdivision and First Choice has done most of the work for all of my neighbours. He was highly recommended to me and I in turn recommend Al to anyone looking for a great landscape contractor!

Alec and his crew built us a beautiful deck that is the envy of our neighbours! We chose Timbertech XLM which is a premium PVC material plus a new "topless and bottomless" glass rail system that doesn't block our view. Ken and Stirling were friendly, courteous and VERY professional. My next door neighbour was watching them work and he even commented on how they checked and double checked every cut and angle. I would highly recommend Alec and his team to anyone looking for a deck contractor!

We hired them last summer to design and build interlocking steps and small patio in our front yard plus a deck at the rear. We had no idea what we wanted but Sandy (the owner) was very patient in guiding us through the design process. Sandy and his crew were very professional from start to finish in this project. My neighbour has since hired them to interlock her front steps and walkway. Beyond Landscaping definitely surpassed my expectations with their top quality and service!

We purchased a shag area rug from their downtown Toronto store on April 19,2007 and gave them a 50% deposit. We were given an ETA of 4 weeks, (less if rug was in stock). I started phoning their customer service line 2 months later and never got a response. I left them 10 messages plus countless emails and faxes and never got a response! I got so frustrated that i drove into the store, (from Oshawa) and talked to the salesman that had sold me the rug. He appeared genuinely shocked that I had not received it yet because he said the rugs were in stock. A few days later the store manager, (Daniel), called me and apologized and assured me that he would personally get to the bottom of this matter. That was a month ago and still no phone call or rug. I phoned the store 10 more times since asking for Daniel who was never available! He finally answered one day and assured me again that he would take care of it. A short time later my salesman called me and apologized and said he would call me by yesterday at the latest,(still no call). MY ADVICE, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY!!
