The freezer fan in our GE fridge was making a loud noise and we were sure we would need to replace it. Roman came the very next day as promised, and was able to diagnose and fix it right away. He charged only for the visit, and didn't make us buy a new fan even though he easily could have. We were very happy with his honest and efficient service.
