I was given a call and quoted a price of $85 to clean the outside of my window and clean the eaves. Thinking that this was a very fair price, I agreed to let Sunnyside clean my windows and eaves. They had come to do each service separately and I was given an invoice of $85 for each service. I paid the $85 dollars +tax promptly, but then was told that the prices were separate and that I owed them another $85 + tax. I had called them as I was upset because I had felt that I had been deceived with the quote. I also had been upset that they left their sign in my garden without permission and asked if someone could pick up the sign. The person on the phone stated that she would talk to her boss and get someone to take the sign. I still have that darn sign 6 weeks later and I did not receive any call back from them about the price except for another invoice in the mail tor $85 +tax. Crappy management that is for sure...customers are not treated very well.

Hi, unfortunately, you are reviewing the wrong company, this never happened at Sunnyside.
Sorry to hear this happened to you.
This is disappointing that Homestars does not verify every review like they claim. But we've learned that a company who pays Homestars' $500 monthly fee (which Sunnyside refuses to), any contractor can delete any review that they don't like.
If you are a user of this site, please go to YouTube and search 'Homestars phone call', you can hear for yourself their staff members explaining this to a business owner. We just hope to make the users of this site aware of that.
