Do not ever purchase anything from this company! I paid for a couch online on dec 3rd and no one even called me about dropping it off, even thou my invoice had been mailed to me with order complete emailed on it. When I finally called the store they told me it had been "missed" and it was no big deal and set up an appointment to have it delivered? It didn't come that day. I took a day off of work, as I was had people coming over and it was too late to buy another couch before Christmas. It never came that day either. Third attempt after hours of time wasted calling the store and the online help desk, still no couch. The entire time no one has contacted me, I have always had to contact them, nor seemed remotely apologetic, I guess this is simply how they do business there, as when mentioning it to a family member they had a similar experience. So here I am, two days out of work, with no couch for company coming out at Christmas, and they still have my money? Appalling.
