Taylor owner of The company make a contract with us to do plumbing , gas, HVAc , roof with sofit and facia $40000 he took 50 % to start the job and only pass HVAC ( he did not have his own ticket he use for the guy who just subcontract ) what he requested additional 11200$ because pass rough in HVAC inspection so far guy still everything underneath Police is under him .
