Just over a year ago, we had the pleasure of working with Tony at Ambia for the installation of our front doors. Because that was such a great experience, we contacted Tony again to replace all our back windows. And again, from the initial consultation, to the final follow-up, everything was handled with professionalism. Tony was always available to answer our questions. He also provided valuable recommendations which were very much appreciated. The installation process was so efficient. Chris and his crew installed all 15 windows in one day (including one regular patio door and one oversize patio door). They laid down drop sheets everywhere to help minimize the mess, then quickly removed all the old windows and precisely replaced them with new triple-glaze Energy Star ones from Stage. We used to have grids on our back windows, but the new windows are completely clear so the views are now unobstructed, making the windows seem bigger. There were some minor quality control issues with the construction of some of the windows, but Tony followed up on all of them. Our final audit also confirmed a significant improvement in energy consumption. Cant ask for anything more than this! Definitely give Tony a call for any door or window requirements.

We love our new double doors! My husband and I spent a lot of time researching doors and suppliers before deciding on Ambia. Although they were not the least expensive of the few places we were considering (they were not far off), we decided to go with them because of Tony. He seemed so honest, thorough and professional... and to-date, he has been exactly all this and more! Tony was the only person to suggest we visit the manufacturer to help us narrow down a style of door that would be best for us. We were floundering in this area, so this visit really helped. Tony then came to take the measurements and patiently explained all the details and differences involved with the installation. The quote he provided was detailed and precise, and the doors were delivered by the date promised. We were nervous about having the install done in the winter, but it went pretty smoothly and quickly by Chris and his team. There were a few very minor glitches, but Tony dropped by to follow-up and has been diligent to ensure we have been happy with the results. He has been phenomenal right from the beginning and we would absolutely refer him and Ambia to anyone looking for a new door. Thank you Tony!

My husband & I couldn't decide whether to have our basement cracks repaired with an exterior excavation or interior injection, so we had several waterproofing companies assess the cracks before deciding to move forward with AquaDry. In the end, it was Brad's confidence with his method of injection that made our decision. He was professional and patient with our many questions, and on job day, showed us exactly what he was going to do, as well as how he was going to do it. We were hyper worried about cement dust from the drilling, but there barely was any, LOL. Although it has only been a few days since the work was completed, we're very confident that there will be no future worries. However, if something does come up, Brad reassured us that he's only a phone call away.
