I hired them after reading their reviews on Homestars and I'm so pleased I did. A tech arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. It was a clogged water line. A lot has been said about deceit in the industry - the tech could have very easily said a part was needed and bill accordingly. After all how am I supposed to know?
