I had some work done in my house and was concerned about what the contractor did so I called Deep Dive Home Inspections to come and have a look. Loni is amazing as he has extensive experience as a contractor himself so he knows what to look for. He confirmed my concerns and pointed out many things I did not even think about. He even provided a detailed report that I took back to the original contractor. The original contractor saw the report and agreed to come back and fix the issues. Loni's professionalism and attention to detail is amazing. I was very happy I found Deep Dive Home Inspections and they will always be my goto company for any type of inspection related worked. Ocean Breeze homes did a fantastic job on my washroom. This company knows about the latest design trends and options available in the construction industry. They took their time to do a proper design and provided me all my must haves. They suggested I go with wall to wall tiles in large format (2ft x 4ft) and we put in heated floors as well as a towel warmer. The shower design was so amazing with a flush mount rain head and a crazy modern drain style with niche and LED lighting in the shower. I'm so happy with the end result and everything went so smooth from start to finish and most importantly on time and on budget! Now my washroom feels like a spa where i can feel the ocean breeze!!!
