I have used Burrard Roofing twice. Once to re-roof the flat top apartment building I used to live in, and again to re-roof the sloped shingle roof of my current house. Both times the men were professional, courteous, and on-budget. Post-work clean-up could have been better with the last job, but as it was raining at the time, I'll cut them some slack. I'd still recommend them.
Tempered Glass, Tabletop & Window De-Fogging
Used again after a good experience, but would now not recommend them. I had to follow up multiple times due to lack of communication, invoicing was haphazard, their misunderstanding resulted in an extra charge to me and missed work that had to be made up later. They gave me a discount (of about $20), so overall the glass cost wasn't bad, but the professionalism was lacking.
Sliding Mirror Door Replacement
Outstanding service and quality! They came and removed the (floor to ceiling cracked) sliding mirror door, replaced the mirror at their shop, brought the mirror back AND installed it for exactly the price they quoted. They took off their shoes and even cleaned the mirror before they left! Highly recommended.
