First, Satisfaction I have marked as 4 as there is no option to select between 4 and 5. I would put it around 4.8. The job done was excellent. They were very prompt, in fact slightly early than scheduled every time. They promptly came back to fix minor errors and were very upfront in their approach. They did a great job on clean up. Only one suggestion is that, as an experienced person in that trade they would be able to spot the errors better than client and should depend less on the client to find deviations. With that done, they would be at 5 on satisfaction level.
