Our furnace quite running on the weekend during the winter . As the unit is quite old I opened the front panel discovered that the pilot was not burning and would not remain burning upon being re-lit . I suspected the thermocouple has failed. I Called Robin at Arctic Wolf who came to the house on a Sunday, confirmed the thermocouple has failed an replaced it. The total price was more than fair (less than the Sunday call out premium charged by another contractor I had contacted) Once the repair was complete Robin took the time to answer some questions I had regarding sourcing and installing a replacement for my old furnace (not a simple operation in my home) I will have no reservations in using Robin again in the future.
