In today’s world of contractors, I am less likely to be compelled to leave a review however with Pro-Loc there was no hesitation. Having restored and or renovated countelss properties over the years, Alec, Bill, Paul and the Pro-Loc team are by far the most competent and professional contractor I have worked with and on more than one occasion. From the start communication and scheduling and suggestions for design is easy with Paul. The crew show up when they say and complete the job on time. All the while with a genuine respect given to not only the customer and the project but with regard to the neighbours as well. Accomadating and patient every step of the way it is a pleasure watching this team work as there is a clear level of respect for one another. There is a clear passion for doing a great job with an artistic flair while appreciating that each creation is a someone’s special place. It is no wonder there are so many 10/10 reviews. Wish I had another project to do!
