Highly recommend. I had a low budget to begin with. I needed to remodel my bathroom as piping needed to be replaced and updated. Alain took the time to review my budget to see how the funds will be allocated to the project. I did some of the demolition myself and purchased some of the fixtures myself. Alain was extremely detailed in the tile work, and was job oriented. Came on time, finished the project on time and put the same amount of detail in cleaning up the work area. I would hire him again without question.

First off this company home base is in Guelph, however I went through am email process and the was a local team who installed the roof. I had the roof installed during the week of a tremendous amount of rain which felted the installation by a couple of days. However the fist step of strapping the roof took a half day which was impressive. The next two days was complete rain but on the third day the roofers came back an installed the steel roof within a day they managed my garage, back and left side of the house and the next day was rain so on the fifth day the remaining house was completed. Overall in 3 days I had a new steel roof with no cleanup afterwards. Very fast and very professional. The cost was finance through my bank but I paid the downpament myself to have them start right away. I will reccomend this company to anyone looking for fast and top quality steel roof.

I was in need of waterproofing for my basement (90yr plus home). I called Antonio's since he is a local contractor and has one of the top years experience of 40+. First he called the city for me to map out the gas lines. One worker came and dug to the foundation to start the Hydraulic Concrete patch work. Next day the water proofing went on and backfilled with Aggregate stone. Also during this day my existing concrete walkway was torn out and the new one was formed in place. I had to wait 3 days for the concrete due to weather conditions, but early morning on a Saturday the concrete arrived and was poured. Antonio provided the men to level out the concrete for me. Twos days later after the concrete turned white, he came by personally and cut the concrete for me. Overal the speed and professionalism was outstanding. He was very effective, the labour was $2000 for 5 guys for a total of 3 days 8 hours work. The concrete was $1500 which to my surprise it was the cheapest around. I liked how Antonio covered the Gas Line, and Concrete ordering. I found the cost very reasonable and it was a neat and tidy job.

Had drywall up, taped, puttied in under 2 hours. I had my Bathroom renovated so I needed Drywall since i had plaster previously. He also created a bulkhead for my over head plumbing in the Kitchen, patched my ceiling and helped to remove old door trims and had it drywalled afterwards. I did the sanding to all the drywall afterwards since I was going to paint. I also did the clean up to cut cost.

removed all second flooring Knob and Tub Wiring and First floor outlet Knob and Tube wires. Total time was about 20 hours (3 days worth) Did not even touch my walls, did it very professionally. Started from the attic and dropped the wires to the lights and outlets and then to the basement. The went from the Basement to the first floor outlets. Cant believe how easy he made it. All other electricians I called wanted to put holes in the walls and then some, but it was not needed at all.

Electrician was done in no time. Had 7 pod lights installed with 3 new decorative chandeliers. The selection was beautiful, a lot more than the home building stores out there. Installation was less than 2 hours.

Very Friendly and has tons of selection. Installer was extremely helpful, knew what I wanted and how to vintage my living room. The windows were installed in a timely manner and not a mess to clean up afterwards. I helped by making the opening prior to them arriving, to cut cost and did my own clean up.

Purchased a new home and need some work done, from electrical, water proofing a basement and exterior excavating. Found this guy from a friend who had previous work done. Started going through the home to locate my problem areas and created a time plan. First got my electrical done, in 3 days from Knob and Tube to copper. Then started outside to excavate the front lawn to create a proper slope away from the foundation corners. This lasted 2 days. Lastly the basement was waterproofed and a sub-floor placed with framing done to start the walls on my own. Very efficient, little messy but workable. I helped alongside to reduce the cost of many many labour hours.

Excellent home inspection. Charles had taken me through my new home to inform me of problem areas and how to fix them. I received a home reference guide as part of my cost which lists all sections of a home and different repair ideas for problem area. I also received a 9 page report that was easy for my Insurance agent to look over to get a quote from. Charles has originally been an Engineer then retired to be a home inspector. So his 25 years experience was extremely helpful for me and took the time to explain everything in detail on what was being reviewed and what to look for. I will definitely pass his name along to any new home owners looking for an inspector.
