Refused to come and fix the problem!
Spent almost 2K on top quality glass filter. Brand new, yet leaking and spitting glass sand in the pool all the time. Despite me calling and asking Brad to come check it out and fix the problem, he refused to and was very harsh, argumentative, and accusatory blaming me and telling me I am not vacuuming properly. Without even coming and checking it. I will not use them ever again and would not recommend them to anyone!
