Had trouble with the water valves on our 18 year old Maytag Fridge. Jim came out and diagnosed the problem and returned a week later. Unfortunately the new part didn't work but mentioned he would return with a different part. Next week he returned replaced the part (with an old part in stock), and.. It worked. Great Repair. Friendly and got along well with our dog. (he's a good judge of humans), and to top off, he gave us the original price of the part, many years ago saving me lots of cash. Thank you Jim. Anyway, would not hesitate to recommend, 5 stars. Chris
