Our basement flooded, requiring significant cleanup and material removal. Eric from Restoration 1 was extremely responsive, and his team worked late to get everything well cleaned and the space usable again. They also made working with our insurance company painless, preparing a thorough description of the damage and emergency work. They were very friendly, courteous and professional, and we'll call them first in a similar situation in future. Recommend them very highly.

10-star ratings are so common that they don't leave room to call out truly outstanding work. Sal and his team gave us a genuine 10/10 backyard and we couldn't be happier with the outcome or experience of working with them. Everyone who sees our backyard flips out. Sal came in with a very competitive quote based on our general design. He checked in with us almost daily on design and construction details during the job and made sure we were in the loop at every turn. Despite an ambitious schedule and adverse weather, they finished on time and on budget. Support and service even after the job was completed has been above and beyond. If you're looking to transform the outdoor space around your home and aren't sure what company to go with, we can't recommend Under the Sun highly enough.

Cedar raised deck wrapping around an ornamental cherry tree, cedar board walk, plantings interspaced by elegant modern screens, lawn surrounded by elegant interlock frame, and more.
I really appreciated and agreed fully with your sense of aesthetic and found it very easy to work with you both.
You were always a text message away, which enabled checking in whenever needed and definitely helped make every detail of the project a success.
I loved the design for the plantings along the board walk, spaced with elegant cedar screens, and then the lighting to accent. I also really liked the lawn framed by a cobblestone interlock border. The design truly made perfect use of your space. I hope you and S enjoy the space for many years to come and I look forward to seeing it evolve some time down the road.

We called Sensational Roofing on a recommendation from a friend, and Ronald did excellent work. He came by within a day of calling him, gave a very reasonable quote, and came back and did a great job the following week - on a very steep roof. Very friendly, responsive and professional service all around. Will definitely use them again.
