Owen called me promptly and arranged to come the next day between 11 and noon. At 11:05 he arrived and had a look at the problem. He told me it was more complicated than he had hoped and would need to come back with a helper. He returned two hours later with a helper and started work. They were very professional, tidied up after the work was done, doing more than I expected. The entire job was finished in one hour, and the fee was very reasonable. The problem was properly and completely fixed to my total satisfaction. Christine
