We were having issues with our brand new washing machine and it was of course under warranty. The washer from day one began loudly banging throughout the spin cycle. Upon inspection the sheets were soaking wet and to be once again re-spun. When your machine is under warranty, LG sends out their own repairman. (Sure Pro Services) in Kelowna BC. On the first visit to our home Bob tightened a few screws and informed me that our floor was not level and that was the problem. On the second visit from Sure Pro my husband put down a level to show Bob that the floor was indeed level. At this point he told my husband that the material on the floor on which the washer is located is not sufficiently shock absorbent at which point my husband called him out on it. Seemed to be perfectly fine for the LG we had there for ten years before. Being in our house for less than five minutes Bob said “I don’t have to take this” and walked out the door. An abysmal quality of work. Now for some good news. I called Kelowna Refrigeration and Appliance Service. They responded promptly and sent their Authorized Tech by the name of Henry. What a pleasant young man and completely professional. He spent some time working on the washer. He properly attached the washer to the pedestal. The legs were levelled, he then tested the unit multiple times. The shock absorbers were in good condition. What a relief not to have the machine banging all over the place with every cycle. Obviously I will highly recommend Kelowna Refrigeration and they will be my go to people for any appliance repair. Thank you Henry!
