Sukh and Sonika from Sky Kitchen Cabinets have always been so warm and friendly, they indeed make you feel like a very welcomed guest when you are in their showroom/office. Sukh designed our kitchen and his team brought it to life. Roger was one of the installers, really nice guy, everything went smoothly, and any corrections were made, always with a smile. This is not a kitchen builder that you would regret doing your kitchen with! Also the value was phenomenol - you can get your dream kitchen with all the extra accessories at such a reasonable price. We got push out spice drawers, mantle-style hood fan, glass doors, tilt out drawer for dish sponges, vertical dray dividers for cupboards, a bank of 9 pot drawers, 6 additional drawers by the stove, angled corner cupboards made to size to fit our fridge like a built-in, beautiful mesh panelling above the mantle just to give that extra character, and 4 cutlery/kitchen tool wooden dividers for 4 of the drawers by the stove. Even after all was done and paid for, we called Sukh a couple months later about something noone had noticed before (one of the drawer doors to the left of the stove was a bit bigger than the one on the right side of the stove) and his after-sales customer service cannot be beat - he replaced ALL 6 of the drawer doors and they all match, and noone could tell the difference. From my, and friends/family experiences with home renovating, many other contractors might not have even returned your voicemail at that point. But Sukh took my call, looked at the drawing on the kitchen design, and ordered all 6 doors within a couple minutes right during that same phone call! That's unbeatable customer service. Then Roger came and installed the 6 doors, and he did a great job as usual. Another thing I can't believe I almost forgot to mention was the granite counters that we got through Sky Kitchen as well. First of all, it is the nicest granite I have ever seen, but more importantly was Sukh's customer service. He is a very classy guy! I don't believe that anyone else in the industry would have handled this the way he did. We weren't happy with the granite counters as soon as they were installed (the joint didn't look right with the intricate pattern and details of our counter - you have to see the pictures to understand). So ON THE SAME DAY THE COUNTERS WERE INSTALLED, Sukh ordered them to be removed, and they were removed right away! To make the situation even more tricky was the fact that the granite was no longer in stock, so Sukh REPLACED THE ENTIRE GRANITE COUNTERS - THAT'S 2 SLABS OF GRANITE - at absolutely no cost to us, and he did it with such grace too. There was no haggling involved. Whenever renovating, it is normal to expect some glitches along the way, but having the right guy (Sukh at Sky Kitchen) made the experience so much smoother and stress-free because he was designing and building our kitchen like it was his own! We will definitely use Sky Kitchen again for our future renos we have planned (master bath and family room built-in wall unit) and we would highly recommend you speak to Sukh at Sky Kitchen. We didn't get the chance to know many other employees there, but judging from Sonika (secretary), I can only imagine that a guy as classy as Sukh would likely only hire others with the same, hard-to-find qualities in other employees, so you are likely in good hands no matter who you talk to at Sky Kitchen.
