After struggling to even find companies to come quote the work, I lucked out with Chris and his team. In his initial visit, Chris answered my questions and explained the reasoning behind his material choice in the quote. When doing the work, his team was professional and respectful. They paid close attention to detail. Chris was always reachable, and worked after hours to source products for me and answer my questions. If something needed changing or adjusting, he would have it dealt with in a timely manner. The job required a panel upgrade, and wiring for pergola lights and power to the shed. Pricing was competitive and fair. His team had to come back after the initial work due to a delay in wood for our pergola, but he carved time out of his schedule (showing good planning) and got the work done. Travis, who works on Chris' team, was efficient, professional, and also great to work with. We are SUPER happy with KB Electric.
