Surface Works took my full payment for counter top and one week before the installation, told me that my stone is in back order. They had no problem accepting the money and nobody checked the status when they accepted the money. I had to work with the stone supplier myself. They finally booked a tentative appointment and one day before the appointment i called to confirm the time and i was told they still dont have a status update. Nobody bothered to give me any updates. Tatyana does not return calls or emails. Do not recommend anyone use this company. Worst customer service, incompetent and irresponsible staff.
