I loved how they prepared the agreement and task list where they had a perfect chronology of each step, described in details and even priced per step. So we could leave or skip the step and it would help us in our calculations. General contractor was sharing the status updates like 2-3 times per week. They also do the whole house renovations and I am definitely calling them again for my all further projects.
