Gokhan was very efficient in responding to the service request and any questions I had. After initial discussions, he was quick to visit the house to take a look at the job (basement stairs and L1-to-L2 stairs carpeting), provide his suggestions on which carpet to choose, and a quote all in-person. Within 48 hours of awarding the job to Gokhan, they were able to call me and managed to squeeze in my job at the end of their day, and managed to complete it on the same day!
