They came to repair an electrical outlet in my home. It took them less than ten minutes and they charged me $282. They sent the bill to me right away and stated that it wasn't due for about ten days. I sent them the cheque immediately and post dated it for the day before the due date. They then, somehow managed to cash my cheque a whole week before the date on my cheque. I called them about it and they accepted no responsibility for their actions and did not even offer an apology for the inconvenience that they were responsible for. I would think twice about using this company because of their lack of customer service.
