We had Nate & Spencer come today to install a new a/c unit. They were very professional, efficient and asked for the customer's feedback i.e. as to the placement of the unit. They both maintained the proper COVID-19 protocol regarding safety throughout the installation. Nate & Spencer both explained EVERYTHING in a clear, concise manner that instilled confidence and workmanship. They answered all my questions. We are totally impressed by the customer service.
