I was very impressed with Todd's service. He was responsive, upfront with costs and after actually refunded my money in full when he determined that he couldn't resolve the issue without a camera. Did I mention that he returned to site a second time without question, as the blockage reoccurred, without additional cost, stating his work was still under warranty. This kind of service is rare in this world! Would not hesitate to call Todd again.
