I am delighted to provide the highest marks possible for the work Terry did in restoring the marble floor, bathtub surround and vanity counters in our main bathroom and powder room. The marble was 30 years old, dull, tired, etched and lightly stained from years of traffic. Terry magically restored it to like-new condition - clean, polished and glowing. Quite amazing, really. The entire process was truly professional. I phoned for an estimate and Terry was there later in the day (he was in the neighbourhood). He gave us an estimate on the spot which was very reasonable and we agreed on a day he would start. He arrived as promised and completed the work in a day and a half, just as estimated. He was clean and courteous throughout, keeping the disruption to an absolute minimum. He completed the work by recaulking the fixtures and left us completely satisfied. We couldn't be happier! On the Roof was recommended to me by two of my neighbours and I'm extremely pleased I went with this company for our roof replacement. Ruben is extremely personable, positive, professional and delivers on his commitments. He was happy to spend a lot of time going over the specifications and issues such as appropriate venting to ensure I'd be happy with the end result. He and his crew showed up on the date promised, completed the work in the two days promised. The crew was uniformly courteous and pleasant even as they toiled in 32 degree heat. They took extra care to protect our gardens and grounds and cleaned up completely when they were finished. Our roof had some complicating details and these were handled very nicely. The final result is outstanding. We couldn't be happier with the workmanship, the materials and the entire process start to finish. We also replaced the aluminum soffit and fascia in some places and this work was handled Oscar. There was great attention to detail (I'm picky that way) and I'm extremely happy with this work as well. I'm delighted to have come across this company and happily recommend them to anyone considering roofing or aluminum siding and trim services.
