Absolutely unbelievable. They responded quite quickly to my call and removed the nest, before they left I asked if there was a warrantee if the wasps came back, they said yes, 6 months. Well in less than a month they started to rebuild. I called several times and they kept saying someone will get back to me. The last time I called the woman simply hung up on me and then refused to answer my phone call after that. I do not like giving bad reviews, but this takes the cake, they left me no choice. Avoid these people like the plague!! The absolute worst!! Avoid these people like the plague!! BAD, BAD customer service. If they had done the job properly in the first place maybe the bees would not have returned!!
