As luck would have it, my air conditioner broke down during the first heat wave of the season, which also happened to be a long weekend. I reached out to Purity Air Solutions to arrange for a service visit, and they showed up the next day (on a Sunday !) to evaluate the A/C unit. I was advised that there was a leak in the system, and that there was no guarantee the unit could be properly repaired, but that they could apply a temporary fix to get the unit running well enough to cool down the house until the unit could be replaced. I happened to inquire if the hot water tank could be replaced as well, since that too was on its last legs, and was told it could be arranged for both jobs to be completed on the same day. The work was scheduled promptly, and two technicians showed up on the scheduled date to replace both the A/C and hot water tank. They worked diligently the whole day, were respectful of my home and surroundings, and did an excellent job cleaning up the area after the installation was completed. The following day I got a call back from Purity Air Solutions to ensure everything was in good working order. Thank you for the prompt and excellent service! Would not hesitate to reach out again, should the need arise!
