These folks are formerly Joel Daniels. They came out and gave us a thorough estimate and made recommendations. They did not suggest anything we did not need to have done. At the time they were offering a 'we pay the HST' discount which made the price too attractive to ignore. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. Communication was almost immediate both before and after the job. The work was done on time and the worksite was left spotless. A follow-up adjustment after a particularly heavy rainfall was communicated and taken care of quickly. At this time we are very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a 7-year old bungalow several weeks ago and initially went with a wireless system from another company. The decision was mostly based on price. Due to multiple issues with the wireless hardware we had to have the system removed. Based on all of the research we could find CST appeared to be our best alternative and we have certainly not been disappointed. David came over and reviewed our options and provided an estimate. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need but simply offered advice and made suggestions. Within the week the system was installed at the quoted price and has worked flawlessly ever since. This time around we opted for a wired system. The installation was painless and the technicians were professional and courteous. It took several hours to install but it was worth it to have it done right. The price for the wired system was somewhat higher but it works and in this case we believe you get what you pay for. On the flip side the monthly monitoring fees turned out to be less so it will all work out over time. Throughout the process David and his team were fantastic and continue to be so. Shortly after we had the system installed we requested the addition of an e-mail notification option. We dealt with David directly and within short order it was done... great option is you have teens coming and going. We would certainly recommend CST to anyone.
