We were affected by the flooding in Burlington this summer and needed a basement renovation. We contacted North 5 Contracting as we had used them previously for a bathroom renovation. Enkel came to our house within a day of our call to give a quote. The quote was very fair, and the timeline was reasonable. The project was started on the scheduled day, and was completely finished one week ahead of schedule. The final cost was what was quoted. They were very conscious of keeping our home clean. We always got a text to say when the different trades were arriving, carpentry, plumbing, subfloor/flooring, drywall/mudding/ceiling scraping, priming/painting, trim, etc. The final outcome is fantastic! Better than we had anticipated. We would recommend Enkel and North 5 Contracting for any renovations you are considering.
