Warner Roofing wasn’t the lowest bid, but they were the only ones to provide a detailed breakdown of all materials and services, line by line with their respective unit prices and totals. All other bidders had only one total figure in the end, even though I had requested a higher level of detail. Transparency in business is very important to me. Warner Roofing did a great job, protecting the deck, shrubs and flower beds, and cleaning up. Punctual, professional, detailed.
