We signed a contract with Boldt and paid required amount (May 2021) to install a new pool liner. The work supposed to be finished in mid June 2021. We still don't have it installed. The only thing Boldt did so far, was removing the old liner. And they left it like this for over 2 months, causing more deterioration. The cost of the repairs to the pool was assessed at the beginning of the process and was included in the contract. Now Boldt wants to charge more for repairs because of the additional deterioration, which is their fault. From the beginning Boldt representative who manages the installations was hard to reach, delayed responding to phone messages or emails, changing narrative about the reasons for the delay of the installation. The latest version was that the liner will be installed for sure last Wednesday. Nobody showed up.
