Chris came to my door to ask if I was interested in service to power wash and apply polymer sand to my interlocking brick pathway that I share with my neighbour. He came on Saturday and power washed the walkway. He came the next day to level my neighbours half and level her backyard patio. His team started applying polymer sand during torrential downpour. When questioned as to why he was doing this in the rain he tried to tell me he had dried the bricks with a leaf blower. Needless to say we have a huge mess. The sand appears to be sandbox sand and has washed out of the brick and pooled on driveway. In terms of 100% satisfaction - Chris has yet to come back and fix his mess. My neighbour and I have tried for 5 weeks now to have Chris come out to fix or even look at the mess and he just ignores or gives an excuse that hes busy working on a big job. He hosed my neighbour for a lot more money than he did me. Buyer beware.
