Bucks is a very convenient location for lumber and renovation supplies. We found all the general lumber, trim, tools, paint and more that we needed to renovate our kitchen. They have some fixtures and fittings for interior and exterior projects but where they excel is their lumber selection and the knowledgeable counter staff for the yard and equipment hire.

Staff were knowledgeable and always keen to help us in selecting appropriate products for our renovation. 'Castle' has a great selection of bathroom decor items and fixtures and fittings. Their ceramic tile selection is also extensive and they will always check availability and get anything you need there in short order.

Gow's is a great store - if you can think of it then they probably have it. From interior decorating, appliances, electrical, plumbing, tools, specialist machines, yard equipment... the list is endless as they carry everything from the obvious to the obscure. It doesn't matter what aisle you find yourself in there is almost always a knowledgeable member of staff nearby who will seek you out to help solve your problem or find what you are looking for.

As my local hardware store I know I can always depend on New Germany Building Supplies to have what I need when I run out of that vital item to finish a project... saving me valuable time and money I'd spend traveling further afield. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable on stock, prices and solutions.

The package itself was decent, very basic (and put together with no frills) but that is fine in my book - you get what you pay for. However, very slow to complete - many delays despite repeated calls and promises that they would get people out to finish the project. Siding installed was wrong colour, but to their credit a compensatory hotel stay was provided as an apology for this.

The fitting crew arrived promptly and completed in good time, neatly and with no evidence they'd been in the property other than the new furnace - couldn't ask for more. Regular maintenance reminders, prompt arrival for appointments etc.

The project was completed in a timely manner with great results. Great care was taken by the operator in removing old material, as well as when installing the new surface. Project was on budget.

Langille's were very prompt in their service - from finding out the details of the project, to pricing and then installation. A short delay in the installation appointment was quickly notified and the project completed on budget.
