We were very pleased with the service and product we received from Smithwood. They were very responsive and punctual. They showed a genuine concern with the quality of work, which was refreshing after some of our previous experiences where people seemed more concerned with getting in and out and on to the next job. Would highly recommend them to someone looking to put new hardwood floors in their home.

We are extremely pleased with the work Copacetic did for us. They did several pieces for us - a mantle, a front hall bench and a basement wall piece with bench seating, storage and a built-in wine fridge cabinet. Our house is over 80 years old and, unfortunately, not completely level. Copacetic did a fantastic job not only making sure the pieces fit, but also overcoming the structural shortfalls in the house to make everything seemed level. We love the new pieces and have received plenty of compliments from friends and family about them. We definitely would use them again on another project for us.
