I found her very responsive (Which is very rare in this era) and responsible. She listened patiently to us and correct our misunderstandings of decorative criteria and lead us to what really loved it. She was a great help to choose and buy material and leaded contractor to final product. She is a family friend right now. I wish her all prosperity and happiness.
