I am so happy with my Maytag fridge purchase. It was ordered and delivery date was promised and customer Service is superb. The sales people are the owners and they know their products. Prices are competitive and I like that they service what they sell! They have been in Penticton for several years so you know they aren't going to close up shop anytime soon. I would buy there again and recommend looking at what they have. They have a nice selection of different brands and so many styles to choose from. Give them a try.

We moved into our second house in Feb. 2010 only to find out the existing heat source pump wasn't working at all. It took us a while to figure this out for several change of seasons so I called Guardian to come and replace our thermostat as we wanted a more efficient, digital one. Without saying anything the service technician took a look at our heat source pump to find out it wasn't working at all due to antifreeze spilled out. There was no efficiency at all. We had put in a new heat source pump in our first house so knew how efficient it was. The service technician came back with quotes and several options to choose from. Without rushing he took his time explaining what each unit does. he sharpened his pencil and opnce we chose our unit it was ordered and installed. There were three guys installing for one day and it was like they weren't even there. They were tidy and cleaned up after. We would use them again and again. Went in the store looking for a dining room lamp. They were busy but still gave me all the time I needed to look and ask questions. She also gave me her business card and said for me to look in their website for more styles and variety. When I came back a second time she recognized me and I placed my order. Without asking she discounted my price to less than I expected and said if I didn't like it I could return it for a refund. Now that's called service with a smile.

The service man came to my house due to a dishwasher problem before manufactures warranty expired. He suggested I get extended warranty on Stove due to computer electronics. I took his word and sure enough cleaned oven and would't work. He came in and warranty paid itself after visit with another 2 years of peace of mind and warranty coverage. Trust this service man as mine was honest and reliable.
