Purchased a Garaga Garage door from Dodds on July 11, 2015. On June 16, 2018 while washing my garage door with liquid soap and mitt which i use to wash down my vehicles, I noticed surface rust on two different location one by the door handle the other on the far left side second panel. I sent pictures and a letter to Dodds which was the distributer of the "Garaga" door. I finally had a Represtetive from Dodds arrived at my house and inspect the surface rust on August 8, 2018 the rep. says he will notify his superior and I will be notified if the Panel of this garage door will be approved. After numerous phone calls and emails I finally recieved a response on September 13, 2018 stating I will not be approved. The rep. says to me that because of our Canadian winters I might of used to much salt on the driveway or I used an abrasive material on the door, which caused the surface rust only on the second panel. My door has four panels. I did not use alot of salt or used an abrasive material to clean my door. In the end, Dodds will be mailing me a touch up paint to cover the surface rust. Garaga states that when the rust has penetrated through the door I will then be considered for warranty, in the mean time I have to paint the rust spots, we all know rust never sleeps and it will continue to spread and affect other panels. I will definetly not buy another Garaga brand or advise anybody to purchase there products do to poor customer service and by advertising a lifetime warranty on a product that suits there criteria. Took over 3 months to determine a solution that will benefit Garaga and not the customer.

My husband and I planned to renovate/gut our 1970 Bungalow. With 2 teenage boys we wanted something that would suit our family and make it more functionable at the same time. We gutted the main floor and basement. Changed the old plumbing and electrical and reconfigured everything. We knew this job was not a small one for sure but when we hired Angel and his crew at Ontario Villa Construction, we knew we made the right choice. As a family business, they were very knowledgeable and professional but still very authentic at the same time. They treated our project as they would treat their own home. Angel and his team of top notch tradespeople were amazing. Very friendly, easy to get along and always available when we needed them. The project took 6 months and they were finished on time and on budget. We were very fortunate to have met Angel and his office team Nadia, Monica and Ali. Always answered my calls and emails in an orderly timely manner. Angel with his 15 year + experience always had great ideas to share when we asked him for his opinion on something. He never asked for more than what we agreed upon in the contract. He made us always feel that we were in charge. Very personable and not at all a contractor who was "pushy" or "talked too much" - Just a straight down-to-earth hardworking family man that gets the job done. Ontario Villa Construction has made our dream a reality. We love our new home!

When my husband and I decided to update our 1970 Bungalow we were overwhelmed with the amount of planning and decision making that was involved and at what price? Who do we hire? Who can you trust? Once we decided it was time to renovate, we interviewed architects and contractors and felt very uncomfortable with the amount of information you need to know before starting a renovation like ours. We heard lots of horror stories. Well we can tell you that we feel very comfortable when we say hiring Reiner Hoyer is the best decision we’ve made so far. We feel secure that he is on our side. He supplies us with good, reliable and professional contractors at a price that is fair and reasonable. Hiring Reiner will help avoid a lot of the hassles and headaches that can result in most renovations. Not only is he a true professional but he is extremely competent. When making a decision to invest in your home, take a ride with the Captain of the Reno Ship and it will be SMOOTH sailing.

We have been waiting for years to renovate our 1970 Bungalow and finally decided to do it. We needed an architect to add an addition in the back for more space and better flow and are so happy we hired Alex and his team. Alex and his professional team with their ideas have showed us how much potential our home always had. From our first meeting Alex made us feel we made the right decision. Always keeping us up-to-date by sending us emails of our design awaiting our feedback. His team also takes care of the permit process. Looking forward for our dream on paper to become a reality. Hire Alex and his team. You won't regret it.
