While the overall job turned out OK we were not happy with the company during installation and my husband even had to intervene otherwise the retaining wall would have ended up too wide.

Hickling Pools are a great company. They custom designed our pool and it was installed in a timely and efficient manner on a property that posed a lot of challenges. I would also like to say that their followup service was very good..

We purchased stair carpeting from Costco and we were not that pleased with the wear after 1 year. Upon contacting them, they agreed to replace the carpeting free of charge.

We subcontracted a painter through Costco and everything was done in a very cost efficient manner and the house looks great. At the end of the job we received a $100 Costco card. I will be contacting Costco again in the spring to have new kitchen countertops installed.
