This past Saturday night, we heard a really loud noise from our garage door when trying to close it. We then discovered the garage door would only open about 2-3 feet before stopping when using our garage door opener. My husband is generally pretty handy, but after looking at various possible issues, he determined this was outside his scope. One call at about 3pm on Sunday to this company resulted in a technician at our house just a few hours later! The technician was great to work with. After taking a look, he gave us our options regarding the repair, and cost for both. We went with the immediate fix. While it's only the following day, we are amazed at how much quieter and smoother our garage door is running now! Happy with the quality and speed of service. Will definitely call them again for any future service.

I have used these guys several times over the last few years. They always gave great service and even better advice. It is important to mention that every one that I spoke with or came in my home were not only professional but very personable. Having a major appliance broken is a major pain. Having good people to guide you through the repair or replacement makes it feel a lot better. I didn't keep any names but I appreciate all of the crew that has come through in the past few years.
