We had a Kinetico a200 filter installed by Nimbus a while back. They didn't have filters or wouldn't call back at all. Aquareal were very prompt and professional. In 2 days after a call, a technician came in to change the filters. He did the water tests and recommended to change the whole system; it was quite old (8-9 years). The next day, we had K5 ready and installed. Thank you very much. That's a way to do business!
