Needed my hot water tank fixed. Called Max who returned my call in less than half hour. Booked appointment next day at 10. He showed up at 9:55. After a short diagnosis he started work at 10:15. Three hours later I have hot water again! NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL A PRO! Thanks Max! Will recommend!
