Nick promptly came in within a few days to help fix a sliding glass door that wouldnt completely slide the entire width of the shower. He educated me as to where the issue was, and thoroughly educated me on maintenance of the glass door to avoid such a mishap in the future. Thank you Nick for quickly attempting to my issue.

Ronen came in to the unit to help me repair the dryer fuse in my dryer. He was very informative, and gave name helpful advice with maintaining the fuse going forward. In addition, I was able to repair the water pipes as there were small leaks when we pulled the appliance out. Thank you Ronen for your help!
