Johnny is amazing. Was having trouble with our ice maker which was resulting in a frozen ice maker and water leaking in the main refrigerator compartment. Johnny was super responsive to my initial email and arranged to come over right away. He diagnosed the problem (faulty ice maker), ordered the parts - had to come from the US, and then came over and fixed the issue without any problems. He is very respectful and easy to work with. He also took all the appropriate COVID protocols as we had seniors in the house. Would highly recommend.

This is my second time using SunSai. Bijal and Dany are exceptional, both in the value they bring to their customers and also in their professionalism. The quality of work is fantastic. The first project was for a house I was selling. They put in new granite counter tops for both my Kitchen and Baths. Bijal was great in helping me pick out the proper colors and suggested options that would save me money. The result was so good, that my realtor and neighbors wanted referrals to SunSai. My next door neighbor got his kitchen redone as a result. In my new house I had all my bathroom counter tops redone by SunSai and again the same great experience. Dany is very meticulous in his measurements. The install crew that came was very friendly and professional. They put down drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves. Everything happened on time and on budget. Highly recommend their services.

I had a couple of paintings shipped from overseas. They arrived, but unfortunately their beautiful frames were broken at the edges. I found Shawn from homestars and decided to give him a call. Shawn came over to our house, which was a blessing since our paintings were too big to fit in our car to take them anywhere else. His quote was most reasonable (I had some prior experience getting artwork framed). He provided great input on the new frame styles. He also had some novel ideas on what we could do with the old frames to re-purpose them and thanks to him we have some really gorgeous new mirrors. Shawn took away the paintings in his van saving us the trouble of transporting them. Based on the experience, we decided to give him some additional business that we had put off for a while. Would highly recommend his service!

A tenant moved out of one of our rental properties and left the carpeting in utter mess. The kids had spilt juice in multiple locations and had been coloring in the room. I was so close to replacing the carpet (which was brand new a year ago), but then I came across 416-SO-Clean. These guys are awesome! Matt was a sincere pleasure to work with. He came on time, was very respectful, and understood the problem. While he did not give any assurances to get the stains out (which is perfectly fine), he managed to do a fantastic job and saved my carpet! I would highly recommend their services to any of my friends. (Already recommended them to my in-laws and parents). Thanks for being such a great company and keep up the good customer service.
