While working outside of canada last year, it was winter, my tenant called with a leak in two separate bathrooms simultaneously- what bad luck for me 5000km away. I called Diane and she literally dropped everything and went straight to my house. She managed everything for me and literally took care of the issues. The work was done in less than a week and When I got home the bathrooms and all the repairs looked great. I don’t know what I would have done without Diane. She’s like family now. If I have any issue I call her.
