I contacted HomeStars to get a quote for sanding my deck to restain. GR Diversified was very quick to respond. I arranged with Andres to come by to look at the work and he provided me with a quote the same day. Although I decided the deck was too far gone for repair, I will definitely contact the company next year to get a quote on replacing it. I gave 5 stars because Andres was fast to respond, met me in person, and not done just over the phone or online such as other contractors I've worked with. He was also friendly and seemed very honest.

Even though we have a small back yard, we wanted a taller fence for privacy while not looking out of place. We are very happy with how the fence looks and the service we received. The crew was reliable, worked very hard, and were on schedule. They built it exactly how we wanted and respected the neighbor's property while working on the joining side. Darwin was prompt at responding to all my concerns and offered options for the gates which I had not thought about. We are now able to enjoy the privacy of our back yard. Thank you Bond Construction!
