We hired Ed to look at a bungalow we were wanting to purchase. Ed was recommended to us by others who had used his services, as well as the fact that he was interNACHI certified. Ed was prompt to reply to our messages and was up front about how much time he would need for the inspection so that we could coordinate with the realtors. Ed was incredibly thorough with his inspection finding things that even the current owners weren't aware of. This included viewing the attic as well as the roof which was challenging to access. The resulting report was very comprehensive and Ed did a great job reviewing it with us and answering all of our questions. We really felt that Ed was working for us and had our best interests in mind and had the confidence to know what we were buying with this home.

I needed some gravel removed and replaced with topsoil and graded. Ed was able to come for an estimate within a few days of me contacting him as well as perform the work the same week. He was also able to work around challenges with accessing my yard. The work was done quickly and professionally and the work site was left clean afterwards. I would definitely recommend Ed for the quality of work, honesty, and sticking to his estimate.
