Electrician determined I had a electrical breaker failure. Deep freeze and stove top oven were too great a load for electical line. Re-jigged the configuration of appliances as a fix and replaced blown breaker. Provided advice on electrical advances since house was built - many in fact. Requires electrical work to bring house up to 2022 standards. I was able to salvage food from freezer - not a loss.
