We’re really happy with the work done by Coastal Design Landscaping. The company was recommended to us by friends. It was a pleasure working with Ajool, Jen, Dustin and the team. We had a large retaining wall built and landscaping of the backyard. Project was done on budget and within the timeline provided. Would happily recommend to others.
Really hate to leave a negative review for smaller local businesses, but we need to NVR honest about the poor service provided. We had a tankless hot water (Navien) system installed. We’ve had endless issues with it, and have been told by more than one professional that it was installed incorrectly. The first big issue we had, it was still under warranty, but we were still charged a service fee to come and repair one of the issues with the install. Unfortunately that was not the only issue, as you can see from the photos below. The overflow valve/pipe was actually installed to drain directly onto the floor, causing a flood and rotting floor boards. The PH filter was installed vertically, which is apparently incorrect, needs to be horizontal to work. They also broke the built-in screw on connection to the bottom of the tankless and instead attached the pipe with this poor rubber connection. In the end we had to spend almost $2000 to repair all the mistakes from the install by Meadow Ridge Plumbing. Very disappointed!
